How do you deal with stressful times?  Do you freak out, yell, pout, hide, break out the bottle of wine…or all the above?  Well today’s blog video is not only going to make you laugh, it’s a fabulous reminder of why we should take ourselves much LESS seriously in life.

After all, we’re in the wonderful business of early learning and education.  We get to hang out with cute kids and babies all day.  So why in the world do we allow the impacts of the world to bring us down, get us down, and even make us sad and depressed?

Let me introduce you to one of the most inspiring men I’ve ever met.  His name is Sean Stephenson.  He and his “58 pounds of love” are going to help you understand how to find more joy in life every day.

Sean was a keynote speaker at last year’s Child Care Success Summit event and we thought it would be fun to bring you a short video clip of one of the most hilarious true stories Sean shared with us there.  It’s the famous “elevator stick” story.

Where in your life do you need to EASE UP?   When’s the last time you asked “what’s funny about this?”  Watch the video above and you’ll find out.

EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT:  I am even more thrilled to be able to announce that Sean is joining us again as a beloved keynote speaker, for an encore performance.  He’ll be doing a brand new topic for this year’s super-inspirational talk, at the Child Care Success Summit 2017 in Chicago.
